Ms. Kane has successfully represented students and families in claims involving disabilities, race, gender and discipline in private and public schools and universities. During her 30 years of practice, Ms. Kane has initiated ground-breaking lawsuits that have shaped education law in Minnesota.
About Margaret O’Sullivan Kane
Ms. Kane was an adjunct professor at William Mitchell College of Law teaching Education Law (K-12): Contemporary Issues in Public Education; and was a volunteer teacher with Saint Paul Public Schools teaching Street Law.
Ms. Kane has an active practice in Minnesota state and federal courts.
